Wellness Works Kentucky

“Wellness Works Kentucky” is a program developed within the Personnel Cabinet’s Department for Employee Insurance for all state employees.

We are working to create a healthier workplace for Commonwealth employees throughout the state.

This initiative will have a positive impact on each employee’s mental and physical well-being and morale in the workplace; it will also help reduce rising health care costs. It is our goal to be a model for other states in our wellness initiatives through health education and promotion, program development and partnerships. This web site will become a tool and link for better health and wellness for all visitors.
