Center for Strategic Innovation
The Personnel Cabinet’s Center for Strategic Innovation (CSI) is the foundation for
communication delivery both inside and outside the Personnel Cabinet. CSI will identify stakeholders and the respective approaches that will be utilized in the strategic delivery of information to garner support, buy-in, and acceptance for CSI-related initiatives.
Communications will be developed with an emphasis on collaboration with feedback from Executives and employees, as appropriate.
CSI is charged with the task of facilitating improved performance and customer satisfaction through various methodologies which incorporate best practices that tie back to the Cabinet’s Mission, Vision, and Values.
The Personnel Cabinet’s goal is to continuously identify opportunities for improvement, implement innovative ideas and track the Cabinet's progress.
CSI is the Cabinet’s core for innovation pertaining to work-life effectiveness, customer service experience, organizational effectiveness, web development, media solutions; research into best practices, graphics and concept design.
Efforts will be made to obtain feedback and foster an open dialogue with two-way communication with stakeholders.
