ID Security Alert!

To ensure your identity is safe, the Federal Trade Commission and the Kentucky Attorney General’s Office suggest you:

• Review your bank and credit card statements as soon as possible
• Report suspicious bank or credit card activities to your financial institution
• If you suspect you could be a victim of identity theft, contact one of the three consumer reporting companies to place a fraud alert on your report.
