Appointments are preferred, but the clinic does take walk-ins. You can visit the clinic any weekday.

Employee can visit a clinic during approved breaks, during their lunch hour or on appropriate leave time.
Q. Can I trust that my personal health information stays private?
Absolutely. The Employee Care Clinic adheres to stringent federal privacy laws just like any doctor’s office or hospital and ensures that all personal information remains completely confidential. Your information will not be shared with your employer or anyone else without your written permission.

Yes, the clinics can provide information to your doctor per your request via fax or through a compatible electronic medical records system.

No. You can use any medical facilities or doctors in your insurance network.

Prescription drugs can be prescribed, but are not dispensed.
