KGLI Rate Change Notification
Kentucky Group Life Insurance and Nationwide Insurance negotiated minor rate changes to the current contract effective January 1, 2012. Commonwealth participants will see the rate changes effective on their January 30, 2012 check. All others will see the rate changes respective to deduction procedures established by individual locations.
