Accessibility

The Governmental Services Center (GSC) is located on the fourth and fifth floors of the Julian Carroll Academic Services building on the Kentucky State University campus in Frankfort. Parking is provided for participants with a permit being available when they attend their workshops. Designated parking spaces are also available for persons with the required accessible parking permit. The main access ramp is located on the southwest of the building with a secondary ramp being located on the east side. Due to the remote location of the secondary ramp, it is not recommended for use.

Accessible restrooms are located on the fifth floor of the Academic Services where GSC classes are located. Water fountains are located on each floor. Telephones for local calls are available for GSC participants.

GSC provides, upon request, reasonable accommodations including auxiliary aids and services necessary to afford an individual with a disability to participate in all services, activities, and programs.
