What's in it for me?

The Manager Self-Service (MSS) Center provides a single access point where you can view information about your staff and perform managerial tasks. Features of MSS are intended to cut down on paper forms and allow for quicker information processing. 

The primary MSS features are used for:

• Navigate Universal Worklist – overseeing requests and actions requiring your attention.
• View Employee Information – viewing a summary table of direct report employees. 
• View/Print Position Descriptions- view and print position descriptions for the purpose of completing Annual Employee Performance Evaluations
