The Manager Self-Service (MSS) Center provides a single access point where you can view information about your staff and perform managerial tasks. Features of MSS are intended to cut down on paper forms and allow for quicker information processing.
The primary MSS features are used for:

- ESS general questions? Contact your human resources department.
- System access questions? Contact your agency IT department.
- Life or health insurance questions? Contact your insurance coordinator or human resources department.
