KHRIS Service Center


The KHRIS SERVICE CENTER is a support organization for Commonwealth employees and agency human resources offices designed to provide:

  • Accurate, consistent and timely answers to KHRIS technical questions.
  • Answers to KHRIS ESS/MSS questions.
  • Coordination of KHRIS training.

The KHRIS SERVICE CENTER is one point of contact for employees. Where practical, employees should first contact their agency’s designated personnel as follows:

  • Time or pay questions:  Contact your agency or department timekeeper.
  • ESS/MSS access questions:  Contact your agency technology department. 
  • ESS/MSS general questions: Contact your agency ESS/MSS Trainer.
  • Life or health insurance questions: Contact your agency insurance coordinator or your human resources department.
  • System access issues: Contact your agency technology office.

Your agency contacts have the KHRIS knowledge to support not only the processes but can also address any agency-specific policy and procedure questions.
