Deferred Comp. Expos Set
Kentucky Public Employees’ Deferred Compensation Authority will again this year be sponsoring its annual Investment/Education Expos (Expo). Kentucky Deferred Comp. administers both 457 and 401(k) voluntary supplemental IRS approved retirement Plans. The 401(k) Plan also includes a Roth 401(k) feature, as well as, Deemed IRAs (both traditional and Roth).
These plans are sponsored by Kentucky State Government. Governor Steve Beshear has granted all state employees up to two hours off with pay, plus reasonable travel time, to attend one of the three expos. Your attendance should be coordinated with your supervisor.

State Library Offers Free Training
The State Library offers free online training classes to meet your information needs. Classes are open to all state government employees across the state who have access to a computer. To view a list of scheduled events, visit the Training Calendar.
