Classification and Compensation

This branch is responsible for assisting agencies in the creation or modification of job classification, the salary schedule, and the review and approval of agency reorganizations. This branch works closely with the Governor's Office for Policy and Management (GOPM) to assist in "cap" issues and budget impact for legislative decisions, such as the state employee annual increment.
