Part 1 - will introduce how to build your stress management "tool belt" for current, immediate stressors.
Participants will investigate the physiological stress response in order to better understand the effects of prolonged stress to the body. The primary objective is to explore strategies for managing current, immediate stressors in addition to focusing on developing a long-term, wellness-oriented lifestyle. A unique aim is to challenge barriers to effective stress management implementation.
This is a two-part webinar series. MUST ATTEND BOTH SESSIONS FOR CREDIT, NO PARTIAL CREDIT.
