The Personnel Cabinet will gladly provide or process a request for employment verification.
We offer two types of verifications: Verbal and Written.
Employment information provided by the employee may be confirmed to a company seeking verification, but additional information will not be provided.
Call 502.564.6656 to request a verbal verification.
If further information is needed, in addition to what is provided by the employee, a written request must be submitted.
These requests will be forwarded to the employee's agency for completion. Once completed, the agency will return them directly to the requestor.
