The Kentucky Employees' Health Plan (KEHP) is a self-funded plan that offers health insurance and flexible spending accounts to nearly 265,000 members.  KEHP is run by public employees, for public employees, so members have a direct stake in the financial well-being of the Plan. If you are an employee of state government, a local school board, various quasi-governmental agencies, or a retiree, you may be eligible to participate in KEHP.
