Additional life insurance coverage for you and family members is voluntary. View the options below for members and dependents, and the services and resources avaible.

The amount of accidental death and dismemberment is an amount equal to the optional insurance amount. Evidence of insurability may be required for insurance over $150,000.  Plan III and IV coverage and premium will automatically adjust to correspond with any salary increase.
