Note: Requests for W-2 reprints will not be processed during the month of January.
Please submit requests through
Employee Self-Service (ESS). This option offers more flexibility and will allow requested reprints to be mailed or faxed to you. Additionally, you can request to pick-up your reprint in person. [You will be notified once the reprint is ready for pick-up.]
If you are unable to submit your request electronically, please contact your agency HR office. For your security, your identity must be verified before your request will be processed. Please be prepared to verify personal information and provide a copy of (or present in person at time of pick-up) your driver's license or other photo ID.
NOTE: Employees who elect to receive their W-2 electronically can reprint their own W-2, as-needed.

When processing W-2 reprint requests, agency HR staff should verify the availability of active and former employees' W-2s for 2017, 2018, and 2019 using PC00_M10_ONW2. If the requested reprint is available, the agency should process the request. If the agency cannot access the requested W-2, they will need to submit a request using the
Business Request form.
