The Manager Self-Service (MSS) Center provides a single access point where you can view information about your staff and perform managerial tasks. Features of MSS are intended to cut down on paper forms and allow for quicker information processing.

Time Approval: For agencies utilizing KHRIS Self-Service Time Recording*, the Time Approval feature allows managers to review time submitted by employees for approval. Below is a tutorial and related work instruction.

*The Time Recording feature in the Self-Service Center (ESS) will be available to agencies in a phased approach; therefore, it is not currently available to all agencies. Contact your agency HR office for more information on when your agency will begin using this feature.
A few different reports are available to managers within MSS. See below for instructions on running these reports.
Employee Leave Balance Report - Use this report to monitor employee leave balances.
Excess Comp Hours - Use this report to identify employees who have 100 hours or more of compensatory leave and less than the annual carry forward amount of annual leave.
Master Position Listing (PA Master Position Report) - Use this report to view a complete listing of positions and employees assigned to your organization.
