The Kentucky Employees' Health Plan (KEHP) offers eligible members participating in an approved smoking cessation programs, like Cooper Clayton, Freedom From Smoking or the QuitNow Kentucky Tobacco Quit line , over-the-counter Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) at no cost.
