Employees can access CommonwealthU e-learning courses through MyPURPOSE. CommonwealthU offers more than 1,000 online learning opportunities for state employees which is updated quarterly. With topics ranging from leadership development, business skills, health & wellness, and even courses that teach foreign languages, we are confident that you will find engaging educational opportunities that can help advance your career and add new skills.


Governmental Services Center
Training and development programs

The Governmental Services Center develops and delivers traditional classroom and virtual workshops, develops online modules, and manages technological learning resources. These workshops vary in subject from leadership development, accountability, effective communication and more! In addition to providing their own professional development trainings, they also maintain the online trainings available to state employees through MyPURPOSE.

Webinars & continuing education

KEAP offers many types of professional development trainings, both in-person and online. Their trainings are centered around family issues, emotional distress, substance misuse, financial concerns and job stress challenges.
