Message from the Secretary

As a valued leader in the Commonwealth, the wellness and success of our workforce depends on you. Your support and promotion of wellness and our LivingWell program is paramount to its success and its ability to positively impact the lives of people throughout Kentucky--leading to a healthier and happier workforce to support your organization’s mission. The purpose of the LivingWell program is to support employee wellness. We know that wellness means something different to everyone, and to support each individual’s journey, we have incorporated a variety of components into the LivingWell program. Wellness is important as we continue to strive to make the Commonwealth of Kentucky a healthier place to live.

How to Enroll

Register for Castlight to enroll! You can scan the QR code to the right, download the Castlight Mobile App from the App Store or Google Play, or visit mycastlight.com/mybenefits. Register now and get the support you need to make the best decisions for you and your family!

For KEHP members: complete the LivingWell Promise by completing the Castlight Health Assessment by July 1.  You will earn up to a $480 ($40 a month) premium discount for the next plan year. Not registered for Castlight? Download the Castlight Mobile App from the App Store or Google Play, or visit mycastlight.com/mybenefits​ to get started!

KEHP members can earn up to $200 and a spouse can earn up to $100 in LivingWell engagement rewards for activities like getting your annual preventive medical examination, getting other preventive examinations like a colonoscopy or a mammography, completing a dental screening, or participating in step challenges.​

Your Regional Well-Being Coordinator is here to support employers in the Commonwealth of Kentucky LivingWell program in creating a culture of well-being at work. By partnering with your coordinator, you'll be able to provide LivingWell and health education presentations as well as interactive well-being events, supporting employee engagement and well-being participation. Not sure who to contact?  Use the Regional Well-Being Coordinator Territory Map​ and look for your workplace county to find the right person.

Request a Wellness Presenter

If you would like to request a LivingWell presenter to come onsite to your workplace to provide education, technical assistance, wellness promotion, or any other reason, please click on "Submit a Request" above and someone will contact you promptly.
